3. How to Return Items

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Use our online return form on the Track Order page
  • Provide your order number and reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours
  • You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label
  • Return instructions will be included

Step 3: Package Your Return

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Place the RA number on the outside of the package
  • Use the provided return shipping label
  • Drop off at any authorized shipping location
