  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days
  • Tracking included with all free shipping orders

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

International Shipping Rates

  • Canada: $15.99 (7-10 business days)
  • Europe: $24.99 (10-14 business days)
  • Asia-Pacific: $29.99 (12-16 business days)
  • Rest of World: $34.99 (14-21 business days)

Important International Notes

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing
  • Some products may be restricted in certain countries
  • International orders cannot be expedited

4. Order Processing

Processing Time

  • Standard orders: 1-2 business days
  • Custom or personalized items: 3-5 business days
  • Pre-order items: Ships on the specified release date
  • Exclusive drops: Ships within 24 hours of order confirmation

Order Cutoff Times

  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the next business day
  • Weekend orders are processed on the next business day

5. Shipping Restrictions

Address Requirements

  • We ship to residential and commercial addresses
  • PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only
  • Military APO/FPO addresses are supported
  • Accurate address information is required to prevent delays

Product Restrictions

  • Some oversized items may require special shipping
  • Certain items cannot be shipped internationally due to regulations
  • Hazardous materials follow special shipping protocols

6. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order's progress with our comprehensive tracking system:

  • Tracking information is provided via email within 24 hours of shipment

  • SMS tracking updates available upon request
  • Real-time delivery notifications

7. Delivery Information

Delivery Requirements

  • Signature may be required for high-value orders ($200+)
  • Someone must be available to receive the package
  • Packages may be left at the discretion of the carrier
  • Special delivery instructions can be added during checkout

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Carrier will attempt delivery 3 times
  • Package will be held at local facility for pickup
  • Unclaimed packages are returned to ShopLines after 7 days
  • Return shipping charges may apply for unclaimed packages

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • Report damage to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection
  • We'll arrange replacement or refund for damaged items

Lost Packages

  • Contact us if your package is lost in transit
  • We'll initiate a carrier investigation
  • Replacement or refund will be provided once investigation is complete
  • Timeline: 7-10 business days for domestic, 14-21 days for international

Weather Delays

Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays. We'll notify customers of any weather-related delays and provide updated delivery estimates.

Peak Season Shipping

During peak seasons (holidays, major sporting events), shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Express shipping available for in-stock items only
  • Next-day air service to most US locations
  • Saturday delivery available for urgent orders

11. Order Modifications

Need to change your order? Here's what you need to know:

  • Order changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order
  • Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified
  • Shipping address changes are possible before shipment
